We've come a long way
It started with a dream…
The shared dream of two ambitious entrepreneurs: Dominique De Cooman and Steven Pepermans. The ambitious dream of empowering any organisation, regardless of size or sector, to make a difference with its digital experiences. A big dream that became a reality through using open source and giving back.
The vision of the founders soon became bigger than their digital agency and today remains an ever-growing impetus to the platform. A platform which has grown from years of experience working with businesses and organisations.
The engagement with open source has been there from day one, and remains a core value of the open DXP. The CMS remains entirely open. The team is extremely active in the Drupal and Mautic communities.
In contrast to big American tech companies in our market, Dropsolid is still privately owned: by the same founders who keep building on their vision. The team and leadership is close to its European clients. Born in Belgium, grown in Europe.
