Open architecture

Open code, open APIs, open model choice, open data formats. You can leave.

Why this matters

Marketing automation, content management, and AI platforms have historically used lock-in as commercial strategy. Proprietary data formats. Undocumented APIs. Migration paths so painful that customers stay long after they should have left. The AI era makes this worse: when the AI provider retains your prompts for training, or makes opaque routing decisions, you no longer have a digital experience platform. You have an expensive form of vendor lock-in.

What it actually means
  • Open-source foundation

Drupal, Mautic, Apache Unomi at the core.
  • Open APIs

    Documented, stable, versioned.
  • Open model gateway

Choose, swap, or self-host every LLM, embedding model, and vector database. The same use case can run with different model choices in different deployments.
  • Open data formats

    Standard export formats.
  • Documented migration paths

    To common alternative platforms.
  • Community contributions
